Pipeline Science and Technology (PST) is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal published quarterly since June, 2017.
PST is an open-access product focusing entirely on publishing the original in-depth scientific and technical papers describing the latest research and developments in the oil and gas transmission-pipeline industry all over the world. The Journal covers a broad range of topics in fracture mechanics, structural integrity assessment, corrosion, maintenance and life extension of pipelines, Artificial Intelligent "AI" in pipelines safety and reliability, risk analysis of pipelines under natural events, innovative technologies in pipeline monitoring to be of interest and use to both researchers and practitioners. The content is overseen by an independent Editorial Board composed of international experts from the pipeline industry.
The Journal uses a double-blind review system. The policy on publication ethics and avoiding publication malpractice is based on Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.
